Heider Garcia is the former Tarrant County Elections Administrator and was officially sworn in as the new Elections Administrator for Dallas County on December 20, 2023. Garcia brings over 20 years of election technology experience to the role, which includes managing large-scale election programs and project and conflict management. Also skilled in overseeing international projects implementation, Garcia is known for his innovative approach and passion for election transparency.
