COMPOSTING 123
The experts at Northaven Gardens will spend half an hour teaching us all about the basics of composting. Spend part of your Earth Day with us! Come for an early nosh, catch up with friends (or meet some new ones), and learn how easy it is to compost. Children are welcome!

RECYCLING SPECIAL ITEMS
From now until April 22nd, collect and drop off any of the items listed below at either the recycling bins outside the NCJW office, or in the boxes on the home front porches of Randi Smerud, Jayme Cohen or Barbara Lee (check your Directory for locations). Items may also be brought to the Composting event for drop-off.

This year’s Washington Institute will be Sunday, March
17 – Tuesday, March 19 and each section is encouraged to send
both section leaders and members who are interested in advocacy,
public policy work, and social action. The schedule runs through
Tuesday evening so attendees should plan to depart on Wednesday,
March 20. The event will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in
Washington, DC.
