2014 NCJW Day of Service





Monday, January 20th is NCJW’s Day of Service in honor of Martin Luther King’s Birthday.

Volunteer opportunities with one the our projects:

  • apartment refurbishment at Our Friends Place
  • children’s project decorating flower pots for Legacy at Preston Hollow
  • sorting food at North Texas Food Bank
  • putting together Yes, We Care Bags for Metrocare Service
  • serving lunch at Ronald McDonald house
  • providing snacks or lunch for other volunteers

We are also seeking monetary donations and collecting the following items:

We are also collecting donations to go to the SPCA, such as used towels, rugs, blankies, beds and pet food – anything will be appreciated.
